After leaving Kingston University in 1992, Sarju qualified in 1997. He joined Turbervilles in 2001. Sarju’s main area of expertise and interest lies in commercial dispute resolution, including:- contract disputes property-related disputes construction disputes intellectual property claims adjudication and arbitration law and procedures (Sarju is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) trust and probate disputes Sarju has recently been accepted as a Member of the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), an association for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work.
