Paula has been excellent. She has made me fully aware of what to expect from the process , explaining everything to me in a way that I could easily understand and not find too daunting. She has been prompt in replying to any queries or concerns that I have contacted her about. Paula is a very warm and friendly solicitor who is understanding in your time of need. She is a great support and excellent at explaining the legal procedure as you travel on this path through the family courts. A very good companion and champion to have by your side.

What could they have done better?

My case was very difficult due to a rather obstructive opponent in my ex husband. There was little Paula could have done other than going and seeing him and talking sense into him however this is not very ethical or common practice. May be the occasional mean streak wouldn't go amiss :-)
