Richard did not make contact with me. As such can give no other feedback. I've since made other arrangements. These things happen.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?

Needed to revise wills.

I sent a letter to several local solicitors asking for a quotation to prepare our wills. Richard was the only one who replied promptly with a very reasonable fixed price (£300) for the work which was completed very efficiently.
