Leigh Green

Leigh Green is a Specialist in Childcare Law and has worked exclusively with all aspects that relate to Public and Private Law Proceedings concerning children since 2003. Leigh has a wealth of experience in representing children, parents and extended family members in high profile and complex proceedings and has strong advocacy skills. Leigh is considered to be approachable and sympathetic but robust in her legal advice. Leigh adopts a straightforward and realistic approach, providing clients with all the information upon which to make informed decisions as to how they wish to proceed their case in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Leigh is the Chair of South Yorkshire Family Court Forum, a sub committee of the Local Family Justice Board responsible for bringing childcare professionals together to further knowledge and working practices. Leigh is also a committee member of the Local Family Justice Board, member of Resolution and is on the Law Society Children Panel. Leigh's approach has been recognised in the Legal 500 as being "thorough and able" (2014) and "hardworking" (2015). Outside of work, Leigh enjoys spending time with her family and juggling the multitude of activities they undertake. In any spare time she gets, Leigh enjoys relaxing in the spa.
