I wanted to apply for a family reunion visa from Malawi.

I was applying for a visiting visa from Malawi to the United Kingdom. I was also helped with the whole process of seeking asylum.

Yes i have. I was granted my visitting visa in August 2014 and i was also granted my refugee status in August 2017.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?

My circumstance was very bad before I was looking for another solicitor particularly after immigration judge dismissed my first asylum claim.

1- he arranged me a very good fresh claim application 2- he had send many requests to the home office regarding a reconsideration of further submission decision specifically after HO refused these submission as fresh claim 3- his requests was very helpful regarding my asylum support ( section 4 &section 95) 4- he represented me in FFT and UT.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

the outcome was positive 1-The case worker has responded to chris requests whereas HO decided releasing me from the immigration deporting center without a bail , the home office accepted my further submission amount as fresh claim with right of appeal to FTT according to paragraph 353 2- Chris represented me in upper tribunal after FTT judge dismissed my second asylum claim , he arranged very good bundle in the hearing so that our position was strong against Senior Home Office Presenting Officer. ultimately UT judge side aside FFT judge decision by allowing this appeal and the home office did not challenge this decision because the judgment was very strong.

What could they have done better?

Chris worked very effectively so that he represented many country guidance’s in both upper tribunal and court of appeal and he never give up even if he lose the appeal for his client so that he could challenge those decision by Judicial review
