Very quick response time, and very helpful and friendly. Although he couldn't help me he did refer me to another firm that can, excellent service.

Nothing I could think of, the process takes a really long time but that's not really to do with the legal advisor.

Negligence on behalf of an airline......suitcase fell on my head from overhead locker causing neck damage.

My mother had a fall whilst supposed under the care of NHS after being discharged from hospital and subsequently died.
