What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a legal adviser?

I had insured my new car 'on-line' and paid over £1,300 for it but did not notice that I had missed the email they sent asking for the new Registration number, I was away in Malta that week. They issued a car insurance certificate, but in the number of my old car. Nobody picked up this error for some time and when ANPR picked it up I was completely shocked and in disbelief. I had no idea I was not insured - I had a certificate. At no time did the Insurance Company query this or speak to me.

He inspired confidence that we could get a fair result in spite of my age, 87, and over 13 years NCB. He very kindly led me through the case himself to the Magistrates clearly and logically and therefore I was quite calm throughout .

He did his best and was always mindful of the fact that the ball was in their court. He was clearly a man of integrity.
