I specialise in residential property work including buy-to-lets, leasehold extensions, transfers of equity and new build purchases. In addition I draft Wills and assist clients with obtaining Probate and Estate Administration. I have specific experience in assisting clients overseas whose loved ones have died domiciled outside of the UK leaving assets in the UK as well as resealing foreign grants in the UK Courts.
