Michelle:
Julie was contacted on the same day by email and offered an appointment. I have now sent her a further copy of this. I presume it went in her spam folder. I have asked her to amend or delete this comment as it is incorrect and negative.Review

How has Michelle Ellis helped you?
I found Michelle to be very helpful and engaging with every question that I had. I was a little daunted with the prospect of having to come and see a solicitor in the first place but almost straight away Michelle put my mind at ease with her kind and charming manor.
What could they have done better?
Having never dealt with a solicitor in the past I'm not really in a position to give critique as I found the experience to be a pleasant one made easy and friendly by Michelle.
