Sarah is a highly qualified Associate Solicitor in the Wills, Trust and Probate team. Before starting at Blaser Mills, Sarah worked at a number of large international law firms. Sarah specialises in matters such as: obtaining Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration, administering all types of estates including high net worth estates, drafting and reviewing Trusts, drafting of wills including Immediate Post Death Interest Trusts, drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work. Sarah also advises on Inheritance Tax Planning and offers Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax advice.
