Previously a Partner at Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors in Blackburn, Ian joined Farleys in January 2012 as an associate partner in our family law department. Ian has practised family law for 20 years and has a great deal of experience in dealing with all aspects of family law; especially divorce, ancillary relief and children matters. Ian is a Resolution Specialist (ancillary relief and children) and a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. Ian lives in Lancaster and works at Farleys’ Accrington office.
