What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Buying a new house with my girlfriend and it was my first house I did research and went to Sally as I lived in Codsall. Also she had very good reviews.

She has helped me and my fiancée massively. 10/10 service. Sally did our mortgage, life insurance and sorted Solicitor's out for us. Then advised us to sort Building Insurance out. She allowed us to come to her house to go through everything in person which was much easier. She was always at the end of a phone to help us out in this house move stressful process. She chased the estate agents & Solicitor's for us. She made this process so much easier for us. Sally got u the mortgage we wanted and helped us get the best deal we could do. Processed our Life Insurance. She made me understand the whole buying a house process which I didn't know before.

Yes and beyond as she sorted us more than we thought we could do.

Nothing at all she was brilliant

Buying a new home with boyfriend , selling my property and buying a bigger property ( family home)

She went above and beyond her job, she spent time going through everything in detail and ensured we understood everything. She got us out mortgage for the house we wanted and went the life insurance and processed this for us as well.

Sally was fantastic, couldn't do enough for us. We had our mortgage offer expire after 6 months and she got us back on with a mortgage offer immediately so that our sale can progress as soon as possible. She also helped us out will all relevant insurance options, giving us multiple choices so that we could get the cover which suited us and our budget.
