I approached and engaged with Prab Singh initially to enquire about how equity release works, having said that we were quite apprehensive about Equity Release as a whole, Prab went through the pros and cons in detail and explained how the flexibility to make overpayments worked which sparked our interest.

How has Prab Singh helped you?

Prab being open and honest encouraged us to make the interest payments so that the mortgage balance would not roll up. Prab's explanation, delivery and patience was exceptional allowing us time and space to make an informed decision, again he highlighted and explained  short,mid and longer term benefits. Previously we had spoken to two other mortgage brokers who were clearly not as thorough and as experienced as Prab. I must say Prab was very patient with us and we felt a very “no pressure “ approach from him , whereas we kept getting marketing calls from the other two companies. Prab also involved the family and had a very approachable “ask me anything “ manner and outlook.

Absolutely and with confidence. Prab guided us through the whole process effectively and delivered in a timely manner. Throughout the whole process Prab was on hand and just a phone call away and never hesitated once for face to face meetings, Prab was very flexible and delivered a superior customer service.

I cant really think of anything that could have been better. We would highly recommend you at least have a conversation with Prab Singh before going anywhere else. I was very surprised with his high technical knowledge and the fact, he found us the best plan that suited us and made the whole process and experience seamless.

Our fixed term mortgage at an acceptable interest rate was coming to an end, and the proposed new rate, to take the mortgage to conclusion, was at a much higher figure that would be difficult for us to afford when coupled with the general inflation affecting everything. In addition a conventional repayment mortgage is inflexible, a significant disadvantage as you get older. We looked at the whole market and sought advice. In the event Prab was recommended to us by the principal of the company who had previously arranged our fixed term mortgage. We found his presentation and advice to be constructive, helpful and fully competitive.

Prab came highly recommended to help us with a financial situation our friends had also needed information on. He was lovely to talk to. He listened to what I had to say they went through the initial information he required from us. I had been thinking of taking out Equity Release for a couple of years and I needed advice on this product. I searched Equity Release Providers on the Internet and Prabs company Responsible Equity Release was a recommended provider.

Prab Singh, very Responsible.... I had been thinking about and then putting off applying for Equity Release for some time, because I had heard both good and bad stuff about the process. But in the end after realizing it was my only option and after talking to my relations in July I decided to go ahead. I only really looked at two companies, the one was pushy and didn't really understand my needs the other was Responsible Equity Release. I was visited by their advisor/area Manager Mr. Prab Singh, we immediately hit it off, I liked him straight away. He told me all my options, discussed alternatives, of which there were none, to help me financially. He spent about an hour or more just chatting to find out my financial situation and what I needed the money for but there was no pressure. He went away to do some research then came back to me about a week later with the best deal/offer available. He didn't push me into it, and I felt totally at ease that I was doing the right thing, I should have done it sooner. He was professional, to the point, polite and easy going and he arranged everything, the paperwork, the surveyor and the solicitors. I would recommend this company and Prab.

Advised on and fully explained the implications of an Equity Release mortgage. Searched the market to find a lender who would lend on a difficult property and provide an appropriate LTV that would fulfill my requirements. Perhaps most importantly, in the end, was his extreme pro-active stance with the lender, their solicitors and my own solicitor to ensure that the mortgage completed on time, albeit with an extension of time that he was able to negotiate with the lender. His relationship with the lender was of utmost significance to make sure that everything did work out in what turned out to be difficult circumstances. Without him, the mortgage would not have completed
