Divorce, and the change in financial circumstances this brought with it.
How has Scott Taylor-Barr helped you?
He has been absolutely brilliant in assisting me with securing a mortgage, and home insurance. Scott is also helping with income protection.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes! I am now a homeowner, and could not be happier.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. Scott and Jeanette have been fantastic. Really efficient, easy to communicate with and a real pleasure to deal with.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
We were buying our first home and needed a mortgage as well as all of the insurance and protections that go along with that.
How has Scott Taylor-Barr helped you?
By being absolutely invaluable! Scott and Jeanette have been stars throughout the entire process of us buying our home. From the minute we first enquired with them, they have answered all our questions, no matter how ridiculous or how many times I've unintentionally asked the same things multiple times. Every time we communicated via email or on Zoom, they have been incredibly patient and kind and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. They searched for the best possible deals for us on a mortgage, explained their process and then even after we'd found one, continued to look for the best deal! They also recommended a solicitor and got us sorted with insurance packages that work for us. They have absolutely gone above and beyond helping us get our first home and we could not be more grateful or recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely! We've got the best deal for us and our situation.

We have used Scott for the last 10 years, initially on a recommendation for our first mortgage, and have then continued to use him ever since

Scott has helped us with all our mortgages and life insurance, this time helping us with an equity release to enable remodeling work we would like to do to the house
