Our mortgage deal was expiring and we had no idea what we were doing with finding a good new one!

Emma helped us through the process of getting a new mortgage deal. She went through all of our options, and advised on what our best options would be. We had a few hurdles (no fault of Emma's) but she kept us informed the whole way and explained really clearly what we needed to do. Emma was always really quick to respond to our questions, and made the process feel really simple.

Yes, we've got a new mortgage deal we are happy with and feel like we've made an informed decision. We would have been lost without Emma!

I was looking for mortgage advice under recommendation from a friend for my first home.
