With both myself and my partner being directors of our limited company, mortgages can be quite complicated. Daniel immediately was super positive and within 24hrs came back with extremely promising mortgage in principle offers from a number of different banks which has allowed us to begin the road to our first property purchase. He's very personable, friendly and super efficient. His rates are fair and the structure of when fees kick in is better than other competitors.
