What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I didn’t want to stress on my own sorting out my mortgage.

How has Helen Crawford helped you?

She helped me every step of the way, when ever I needed a question answering, she would reply by text or even phone me, even out of work hours she still messaged me which I was very grateful for. Been self employed during the pandemic and able to get a mortgage was hard but Helen found me the deal for me and I am so happy with the outcome.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely I couldn’t ask for anything else, I got everything I asked for.

What could they have done better?

I can’t really fault Helen, she’s made me happy and that’s all I can say really
