I am a whole-of-market equity release and protection adviser. I'm self employed and work through Access Equity Release which means that you can call me early evenings and weekends if needs be. I have experience in equity release mortgages, residential, buy to let, let to buy, self build, and bridging loans but now really only work on equity release. I really enjoy helping people and families to release equity if it right for them - I also can help with estate planning and funeral plans if needs be. I decided to become a mortgage adviser in 2017 to help people buy their homes and then use the cash in them, if this is needed. My advice is FREE until we make an application or get you an offer on your mortgage. There is no obligation other than that.
