We were coming to the end of a great deal as many people were this year, with the substantial increase in rates I needed advice on the mortgage market from a professional to see if we locked in a rate for 2 or 5 years.

Matthew found us the best interest rate at the time ahead of our deal ending so we were able to reserve this with an option for jumping onto a lower rate if the market dropped nearer our end date. The whole process was so smooth if it wasn't for the monthly payment increase i wouldn't have noticed we had switched.
