What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I am a relatively new resident of the UK, been here 5 years and when it was time to purchase my first property, I was at loss and that's when I googled for an advisor and I found Dan.
How has Dan McCarthy helped you?
Dan has helped me in securing a mortgage as a single income individual, his service was for free as I am an NHS nurse , he answered all my doubts without any hesitation, even though I was asking umpteen number of doubts, Dan was kind and patient enough to clarify them, he was also prompt in email response and calls.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes , I got my mortgage approved within a week.
What could they have done better?
Nothing at all, Dan's mortgage advice was spot on!

My first mortgage offer was cancelled due to the seller not putting the paperwork together before the grace period.
How has Dan McCarthy helped you?
Dan was excellent in ensuring I got my mortgage in a timely efficient manner. He was extremely reassuring. He ensured everything I said was reflective in my mortgage offer. I honestly could not have chosen a more honestly gentlemen to be my advisor.
