Buying a second home.

How has Daniel Borley helped you?

Dan is honestly one of the best finds my husband and I have ever made. There is not a single living soul more helpful, informative or engaging than Dan. We had no idea what we were doing when it came to a second mortgage, but he took us through everything. I bombarded him with early morning calls and late night messages - and he went through every melt down with care and patience...I honestly doubt there are many more demanding or neurotic customers than I, but Dan calmed me down and answered every panic with ease. In short, we asked a lot from him with ever changing ideals and rapid timescales but he has never once let us down. I cannot praise him enough. Dan goes above and beyond every time!

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Without a doubt exceeded every outcome we were looking for!!! Dan not only spoke to use nearly every single day, he also liaised with the estate agents and arranged our second purchase mortgage in less that two weeks. You cannot ask for more.

What could they have done better?

Genuinely nothing. I cannot fault even the tiniest thing. Dan’s practice and service are exemplary!
