Absolutely. We now have the right mortgage for our particular circumstances and are confident that David will be our preferred adviser for many years to come.

Nothing at all. I am very happy and it’s not often that I receive such great service but like to give credit when I do.

Our growing portfolio of properties has lead us to seek the right person to aid us in getting the correct financing products.

Dave has helped us massively in not only getting us correct lending for property refurbishment projects but has also helped to get our portfolio finances back on track after a previous mortgage adviser left us in a bad deal.

The purchase of an investment property with the intention of buying, refurbishing and remortgaging.

How has David Aggiss helped you?

We talked through our options for purchase and our plans for the property once refurbished. David wanted to understand the type of property we were purchasing, what we wanted to do with the property and what our long-term plan was for the property. Once this had been discussed he was able to advise us on the correct products for both purchasing the property and its remortgage a few months later.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely. We successfully purchased the property within a tight timescale (as requested), and a few months later we now have a longer-term mortgage which wholly suits our needs and future plans.

What could they have done better?

I genuinely can't think of anything to include here.

My partner and I were looking for help with affordability and mortgage advise before looking for our second home. David was recommended to me by a colleague.

He provided excellent advise and really opened our eyes to the possibilities and our mortgage affordability.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Definitely, without David we wouldn’t of thought that we could afford a bigger home for myself and family. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process and helped to make the moving process a lot easier and everything was left in his capable hands. We are now in our new home and couldn’t recommend David enough. If we ever decide to move again, we won’t be going anywhere else.

What could they have done better?

I would give constructive suggestions if we had any, but we can not fault David at all. He was always so friendly and welcoming and that’s what you need when dealing with a stressful house move.
