I actually had life planning advice with Kerry initially looking to create a Will, Power of Attorney and look at Pensions - generally organising essential life planning.

Only consideration would be to contact us before our current deal expires (which Kerry does) in time for the best deals before their expiry dates. Not a reflection on Kerry, but we realised our current bank was withdrawing the package we wanted before the end of our mortgage term. So we actually contacted Kerry before hand to see if we could switch onto it before he lackage expires and our current mortgage expires...it turned out to be a better deal than waiting for new offers. Kerry was available and worked late into the night to get it across the line on our behalf. Without her and her dedication, we would have lost out.

Kerry has been an invaluable guide throughout our remortgaging process. Turned down by our own bank, Kerry managed to find us options for remortgaging that we thought were impossible. We had made several attempts to make a Will over the years and had always gone part-way towards the planning, but for some reason never completed the task, there were difficult decisions to make and many distractions which meant that it just didn't get done. Nearing retirement and having some time due to the first the Covid-19 lockdown from March to July 2020, we felt that we needed to finish this project and asked Kerry to help us.
