What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

How has Anna Breeze helped you?

She helped tremendously, from applying and seeing what mortgages we could get with different banks. Always giving support and advice and quick to respond. Also helped a lot with the solicitors. Helped throughout the whole process with the mortgage and gave advice on home insurance and other areas e.g life insurance. Went above and beyond and I never felt like I was bugging Anna as she was there every step of the way.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes!! Very thankful I have been to see other mortgage advisors and not as helpful as Anna.

What could they have done better?

Personally nothing, like I said quick to respond and I never felt silly for asking questions and helped advise me further than the mortgage.

We needed a mortgage and life insurances.

How has Anna Breeze helped you?

After listening carefully to the complexities of our particular situation, e.g. my age, the variation in my earnings etc, she came back to us within a few days with various options, explaining each one carefully. When I asked her to vary a couple of the parameters - length of loan and amount - she did the same good quality job as the first time, presenting us with achievable budgets using products from various reputable companies. Her costs for all this were insignificant overall.

Came to the end of my fixed period on my mortgage and needed to re-mortgage .

How has Anna Breeze helped you?

Anna Looked into the best deals around that would suit my situation best. The advise she gave me was excellent and she helped me find the best deal. She also explained stuff that I didn't really understand and pointed me in the right direction. She also meet me in the evenings which was a great help as I work in the day.

Yes my new mortgage is now in place and costs me less a month than the previous one.

What could they have done better?

Can't think of anything Anna could of done better, she found me a good deal on my mortgage and saved me money.
