What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Buy to Let Mortgages.
How has Chris Hall helped you?
Found the best deals. Handled all our paperwork (proof of income, source of funds, proof of ID etc). We could fill in one form for Chris and he would use this with all the different providers saving us a huge amount of time over what it would have taken if we had applied individually. He was also very fast turning around requests and chased the providers to make sure they kept up with the speed of the transactions.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, we now have a portfolio of buy to let properties, all with mortgages arranged by Chris and I am now seeking Chris' expertise in some protection insurance.

A member of the team from Chris Halls called and left a Vouice mail as I was unable to answer at the time . They followed this up with an email asking when it would be convenient to call. I confirmed 1:30 pm onward and i never received a call or further communication from them again .

Chris was extremley professional in making me understand the correct mortgage that best suited not only my current lifestyle but my future financial aims and goals. Chris focused on my mortgage goals and made informed proposals for my consideraton based upon helping me acheiving my goals. Chris has a very friednly and personal approach which made me feel appreciated and that both Chris and his organisation had my interests as the number 1 priority and not focusing on their own gains. The after service was fantatic too. Chris and his colleagues were regulary in contact with myself throughout the end to end renewal process. I cannot reccomend Chris highly enough as they are a credit to their organisation. Kindest Regards, Jonathan.
