I have had countless calls with Sam over the last 2 years, talking through our finances and attempting to make sense of an at times chaotic mortgage market! Throughout this time, Sam has shown a willingness to help me through the process – often hopping on a call at short notice, helping run through hypotheticals and thinking through different scenarios. Each time, I've been impressed with Sam's professionalism and patience as she listens to me read out numbers from a spreadsheet for the 100th time! I have recommended Sam's services to others and will be using her for all future mortgage and money matters.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I am self employed, and at the time (6 years ago) I was going through the process of buying my first property. My situation was complex as I was receiving dividends from abroad. One advisor took me all through the process, but I didn’t get the mortgage. I was beginning to lose hope and then I met Sam. Sam made the process feel so simple, and although challenging she never let me think that there wouldn’t be a way we could solve this complex issue and find a lender. Sam found a lender quickly and I was able to purchase my first property.
