We had some issues with the lender and their lack of communication and ability to move as quickly as we would have expected. This caused frustration with them and in hindsight it would have been better for the broker to have been the main contact rather than a 3 way discussion.

Amy provided a complete re-mortgage service from the the initial assessment of our needs, followed by a coherent strategy and market appraisal which saved us time and stress searching across the mortgage market. She was pro-actively involved from beginning to end from the initial application to completion. When things began to stall, as they all too often do with conveyancing, lenders or solicitors, she was on hand to provide great advice and help to get things moving again. Indispensable!

Amy found a selection of mortgage providers who were prepared to lend to us, and shared with us the terms and conditions of each lending agreement. She also managed to find providers who would take one year of my self-employed salary as a contribution, which was fantastic. She also helped us sort out life insurance, etc. as part of our mortgage agreement.

Yes! We accepted one of the mortgage offers she found for us and moved into our house that year. It's been very straightforward.

There is literally nothing she could have done further. Her service was fantastic and she was so meticulous, kind and helped us understand what can be a very complicated process. Amy has been my adviser for 9 years now, guiding me through two previous re-mortgages and currently we are in the process of applying for my third re-mortgage. I had no doubts in staying with Amy when she took the move to set up her own business and I have recommended her to friends and colleagues and will do so in the future.

Both in 2011 and 2015 the outcome was exactly what I hoped for and we are currently midway through the process again in 2020 and Amy has managed to find me a truly excellent option this time and I have no doubt a successful outcome this time too.
