What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

When purchasing a property as a first-time buyer, the developer's sales team recommended that we go with their mortgage broker to meet their timescales otherwise we would receive a fine. We had nothing but trouble and stress with that broker so we reached out to Martin after hearing great things from numerous people. Martin listened to our story and communicated with us every step of the way as we left our last mortgage broker to use Martin's services.

Unfortunately, we were in a bad situation due to poor credit and other brokers were giving us very limited options. Martin reached out to his contacts and fought our case which meant that we saved thousands of pounds on mortgage payments. Thanks to Martin, we were able to get a mortgage with a high-street lender rather than an adverse lender. We cannot thank Martin enough for his diligence, patience, and communication as he got us through a very difficult period and saved us huge amounts of money.
