I have previously used Doug in the past when I brought my first home and when I came back after a divorce, he was more than helpful and supportive.

Extremely supportive and nothing ever seems like a problem to him. He is always willing to help and support where he can and will always find time to see you or teams you in regards to your application. As said previously, this is my second time using Doug and the experience was the exact same as the first time i used him and if I ever required him in the future, I would come back to Doug. the 40 minute drive is worth the time.

yes, as always I am really pleased with this.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, Doug maintains excellent communication and always updates you when he knows what is happening. If i ever asked a question he always knew it and if he did not know the answer, he would find out there and then and never left me waiting.

Looking for a residential mortgage.
