What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I just retired and was looking to purchase my own property, having lived in privately rented accommodation for the past 22 years. I needed to find a mortgage lender that was willing to take me on as I had previously gone through insolvency.

What he has managed to do and what he has saved me by using his knowledge of where to look has more than paid for the services he has provided.

Tom worked diligently to secure me the loan I needed, all other searches and provisions including insurance, that I would not have been able to find on my own, and certainly not at the value and quality he has provided for me. I am now at a position where all the money is in place, all the documents are ready, and everything is set to go ahead.

What could they have done better?

I honestly do not think that Tom could have done anything better than the way in which he has managed and addressed my needs. He has been wonderful, friendly, professional, helpful, and always ready to spend the time to explain things.
