Really didn't know where to start. A mortgage is something I'd been looking at on and off for a couple of years but due to changing circumstances wasn't something I could commit to at the time. I didn't have much support around me with modern mortgages and thought an advisor would be the best way forward.

How has Naomi Robinson helped you?

I think a better question would be, how hasn't Naomi helped me? I first reached out to Naomi around April, we had a lengthy chat where she talked me through what to expect from the start of finding a home right through to what to expect at the point of signing a contract. She gave advice on houses, estate agents, what to look for, and kept me in the loop about changing mortgage rates on a regular basis too. While Naomi of course mentioned her fees during her introductory talk, these have never once changed, and despite regular conversation from April right through till October, some of which were lengthy and time consuming too, there was never an ounce of pressure to pay or frustration on Naomi's with any time taken to find a home. I mention this, as I was apprehensive about taking advice from an advisor, nervous they may apply pressure to buy any old house to get on the market, ultimately to speed you through the door, pay them and send you on your way, potentially having made a mistake. From the very start I never felt any of this from Naomi and she's been there every step of the way.

Yes. Found a house and been accepted for a mortgage too.

What could they have done better?

Honestly, nothing. I don't think I could have asked for any more, and even if I did think of something, I'm sure Naomi would probably find an answer or solution!

We were making a last-minute purchase of a Buy to Let property, through a LTD company that was also an under-dwelling - and we needed help finding an appropriate lender who could work with that, and also offer and complete in 4 weeks. A nice easy job!
