To find a re Mortgage away from Aviva , who have been charging me the extortionate annual interest rate of 7.29% pa over the past 16+ yrs

Yes , except for the delays in completion via Equilaw Ltd Solicitors, Twice in one week with final payment completion to Aviva,which resulted in me loosing over £1.200., which I am not happy about!

We were keen to raise some capital for house improvements & came across an article in the Dorset magazine about Equity release together with an article by Bob.

He saw us at home on a number of occasions to explain it all which was extremely helpful. There were also some phone calls during which he always returned promptly & was very patient. He explained the process in great detail; was very knowledgeable & re-assuring. He arranged all the legalities which were very smooth. We would not have proceeded at all without him & we are very glad that we did.

Yes. Absolutely. Our house improvements are cracking along!

I am struggling to think of anything! My wife was the one who needed persuading about Equity release more than me but your approach with her was thoughtful & understanding.
