We were keen to raise some capital for house improvements & came across an article in the Dorset magazine about Equity release together with an article by Bob.

He explained the process in great detail; was very knowledgeable & re-assuring. He arranged all the legalities which were very smooth. We would not have proceeded at all without him & we are very glad that we did.
