What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We need to borrow cash to assist in the purchase of investment property, and the advice we got from banks and building societies only relates to their products which were not always completely suitable.

How has Peter Marriott helped you?

Peter has a most impressive knowledge of the mortgage market and has been able to find products that suited our requirements.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Peter has to date achieved the required result.

What could they have done better?

As recorded above our requirements have been supplied, the information relating to the products given in a language we can understand, therefore at this point in time it is difficult to identify improvements.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Being self employed we were looking for particular mortgage products that are not readily available on the high street or not necessarily advertised as such.

How has Peter Marriott helped you?

Peter & his team shared with us a wealth of knowledge and helped us source products that were exactly what we needed and walked us through step by step all of the necessary paperwork ensuring all applications were correct ensuring speedy results.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We saw a house that we would have liked to own. Now we do!! Peter and his team have also helped in offering further mortgage advice regarding another property & we will always seek their advice when the situation arises.

What could they have done better?

I don't see how it all seemed pretty perfect. They took the time to understand our needs and provide provided quality advice until we had achieved our goals. Thank you Peter & Team
