We were looking for additional borrowing for home improvements.

We were looking for a new mortgage rate having come to the end of our fixed rate. We were also considering a new property purchase.

Yes we have a brand new and much improved rate.. we have a 2 year fixed rate and have already asked Rhona to contact us just before our mortgage can be altered again.

What could they have done better?

Rhona could not have done any more than she did. She made it all very easy and we are completely happy with the service provided and the outcome.

We had come to the end of our current five year fixed term mortgage and wanted to find a new mortgage and move house.

Rhona helped us by getting us a mortgage arranged, despite more complex job circumstances. She was quick to respond, patient, explained everything very clearly, helped me work out our budget and what we could afford (especially when we were negotiating on our house sale and purchase) and got us the perfect mortgage to suit our needs. I wont hesitate to come back to Rhona at the end of the fixed term product to look into our next mortgage product.

Yes, we have received our mortgage offer and have got the house we wanted.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I needed to get a buy to let mortgage sorted on a property to release equity to buy a second property.

Rhona talked me through all the options available to me (prior to me deciding a buy to let was the best option) and then facilitated everything until the mortgage was complete

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

100% yes. I had a very tight deadline with which to work to as the property I ended up buying was an auction property.

What could they have done better?

I was mightily impressed by Rhona's personability, and level headedness even when faced with some hard questions from my father! In terms of improvement, I genuinely could advise on any.
