Needing to get advice and the best deal on a mortgage during these high interest times. Also to gauge how much we could reasonably borrow from the bank. We needed advice on insurances too to ensure we protected our mortgage & also had building & contents cover.

Negotiated on our behalf, given us excellent advice on best approach and also re-ran affordability tests and chased banks for us. Insurance wise Justin really helped us understand what cover we needed to think about and also signposted us to solicitors for sorting out related items i.e. wills & legal paperwork.

I owned one house, and was looking to fund the purchase of a second and later third property, both of which were near derelict / uninhabitable, that I then planned to renovate. I needed advice to find the right provider who could fund my particular circumstances.

Justin helped me by finding a specialist Bridging finance provider and helped me remortgage my existing property in order to release funds to both buy the houses and complete renovations on them.

Yes, one house we have renovated and sold, one we have renovated and live in, and work now commences on my original property to modernise that. All funded with the assistance of Justin and Greenfields.

What could they have done better?

Not much really. We did have some delays due to Covid that were out of everyone's control, and 1 provider withdrew their offer which was a pain but Justin soon found a better company to work with.

I am especially dim when it comes to managing money and am not good with numbers. Justin advised me on an equity release that enabled me to buy some woodlands. All questions were answered clearly and anything I did not entirely understand I knew that he knew that I was putting my trust in him. I so enjoyed collaborating with him on this project.
