Was interested in the possibility of let to buy - renting out our existing house to release equity in order to buy another.

Mark bashed the figures, talked through the various options available to my wife and I and made us realise that what we had in mind was achievable.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. We have now moved into our new house and rented out the old one. Mark helped us through every stage of getting two mortgages simultaneously. an interest only buy to let remortgage on our existing property and a repayment purchase mortgage on a new property. This would have seemed a very complicated process but for his help and guidance through every stage of the process. Once the mortgages were successfully completed he was also able to help us with life insurance.

What could they have done better?

we had one meeting to look at mortgages which rolled over to a following date by which time the mortgage deals were no longer available or the rates had changed. Probably more the fault of my wife and I being indecisive than anything though.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Mark was recommended to me by my previous mortgage advisor.

How has Mark Bond helped you?

Mark was amazing. He arranged our mortgage for our house move. If Mark hadn't been as good as he was with liasing with our solicitors, estate agents etc then I don't think our move would have happened. Mark took away a lot of the stresses by being very professional but also very supportive explaining the processes and kept us fully updated. I spoke to Mark several times and every time he said he would call me back with an update he did and at the agreed time. I would certainly recommend Mark without hesitation.

Yes mark managed to get us the money we required and got us a great deal.

What could they have done better?

Honestly can't think of anything more Mark could have done.

Firstly, I wanted a financial adviser to guide me through the process of buying my first property and supporting me to gain a first time mortgage. I have since returned again to Mark Bond for advice on getting a re-mortgage.
