I was looking to buy my first house and needed sound advise.

Luke went above and beyond. I mortgaged at a time when the interest rate dropped. Not only did he re-do the paperwork to get me a better deal when everything was finalised the first time round, he also got me a better deal than I could find with a hefty cash back. He was quick to respond and clear in his communications - very helpful indeed.

I was taking my daughter of my deeds and needed to reapply for my mortgage.

Yes I have my new mortgage and Beth happy.

What could they have done better?

Can't fault Luke as it was a different case as taking my daughter if my deeds and deadlines so not to ruin her mortgage and he was very empathetic towards that - would highly recommend him

My bank refused to lend me enough money to buy a house.

Luke was very professional and straight forward. How could he of done anything better? Nothing comes to mind as he was professional and supportive.

We wanted to change from a interest only mortgage to repayment plus borrow some extra for some home improvements.

The advice and service received from Luke was excellent, there isn't anything I could suggest for him to improve on, a smoother service than visiting a high street bank.

Luke was recommended to us when we were looking to check our eligibility for a mortgage for our first home.

After talking to Luke about our requirements and expected property purchase price he very quickly sent over some mortgage details to us that he found we might be eligible for. Though we had a few obstacles to overcome once our offer had been accepted, Luke was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to help us over come issues, such as a low valuation on the property, to find other mortgage products we could use in the event we couldn't get the purchase price reduced.He was also very understanding to my frequent calls!.

We fell we've got a good mortgage deal thanks to Luke, and the application process was stress free as we knew it was in good hands!.

To be honest I can pick no faults with the service we recieved.
