What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking for help with getting a mortgage to buy a property.

How has Steven Williams helped you?

Steven was excelent every step of the process. Through using his service I basically did nothing in the purchase of my property. He arranged the mortgage offer, and helped me in chasing the sellers solicitors and estate agents to get the purchase completed (they were a nightmare).

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutly. Everything on our end went smoothly with Stevens help. And then he went above and beyond what I expected from him, to get the purchase pushed through. To be honest I don't think it would have ever been completed without his help, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone buying a property.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, he was great.

Moving house so needed mortgage advice.

Buying a new house using the equity in my current house.

He did absolutely everything that needed to be done to release equity and getting a let to buy mortgage using the equity to buy our new house.

Nothing his service is second to none I have recommended him to all my family and friends

Refused mortgage from one bank - could not spare the time to apply direct at a bank branch to possibly be rejected again.

How has Steven Williams helped you?

Took care of all the paper work and communication with the bank to ensure all our details were correct. Also offered general advice and reassurance regarding the house buying process along the way.

Yes.

What could they have done better?

Had more time been available a face to face meeting to go through the different mortgage options may have been helpful. Our situation was fairly simple so this was not essential.
