I formed AMW in 2006. We are a small company consisting of three advisors and four administrators and arrange mortgages on a nationwide basis, generally dealing with our customers via telephone and e-mail. We offer a whole of the market service with access to exclusive deals not available on the high street, and by working in the best interests of our customers all of the team at AMW are 100% focussed on providing customer satisfaction. I am a mortgage specialist and concentrate on this area rather than also advising on pensions, investments, savings etc. We are recognised as a company which can source and complete a mortgages for clients, where they may have struggled previously. Sourcing a mortgage is only half the battle nowadays - lenders and regulators have ever increasing requirements in terms of a mortgage application and at AMW the team of experienced, professional administrators work hard to ensure every application proceeds as smoothly and as quickly as possible. I do charge a fee. AMW originally started as a fee free intermediary but it is not viable to offer the service provided by AMW and not charge a fee. This fee however is only payable upon completion so if you do not complete on your mortgage you pay nothing.We charge a fee for arranging your mortgage. The precise amount depends on your circumstances but will typically be £499. We will also be paid commission from the lender. We charge no fee for insurance advice.
