I am a highly knowledgeable, whole of market mortgage broker with a wealth of experience in the industry. Having worked in the mortgage world since 2009, I recently established my own mortgage advisory firm with a colleague in early 2021. At Lansdown Financial Services, we pride ourselves on our service and our advisers and staff always go that extra mile. Coupled with the fact that we never charge a fee for our advice, once you have spoken to us we promise you that you will never go elsewhere for mortgage advice. To give you a little further information about myself........ I graduated from University of Birmingham with a BA Honors Degree in Geography in 2008. After working in the hospitality sector managing a number of venues during my time whilst at and after university, and also working as a Brand Ambassador for Nike, I started working in the finance industry. I qualified as a mortgage broker in 2009 shortly after joining one of the UK's largest mortgage brokers. I worked there for 11 years and consistently finished in the top 10 out of more than 400 advisers in the company for written business every year, before co-founding Lansdown Financial Services in 2021. With my wealth of experience I specialise in complex cases, including HNW loans above £1.0m, portfolio landlords and mortgages held through a Limited Company, however I also thoroughly enjoy advising and guiding first time buyers through the process of buying their first home. Outside of work I have a young growing family with my wife Steph, I am a very keen footballer and golfer (despite a dubious swing), and, for my sins, an avid Arsenal fan.
