It wasn’t just a straight forward one and we had third parties involved with help to buy etc so Ian had to do more work than normal but this was never a problem for him. The solicitors involved weren’t the greatest but Ian was constantly onto them and keeping us informed every step of the way and managed to get us the completion on the date we requested.
