Having worked in the professional business coaching industry for the previous 5 years, I decided to focus my coaching on the financial wellbeing sector because I believe that in order to create any goals in life, having a good grasp of the finances is a significant key part of the process. To help my clients achieve their goals, it is also important to understand how their mindset is either helping them or getting in their way. My transformational coaching diploma allows me to work with clients to understand what's holding them back. On one side, I am a focused and driven coach who is clear about setting goals and holding my clients accountable to our work together; on the other, I offer a non-judgemental space where my clients' concerns can be shared and worked through. For me, life and finances are about balance and getting that balance right. Whether that's focusing on investments and long term retirement plans or setting a budget for the now in order to acheive a goal in the short term. Whatever my clients' futures look like, I work with them to build a succesful plan. When I'm not in my office, you can find me dealing with teenage girl dramas or walking with my husband and my dog out in nature for as long as possible.
