Before becoming a coach, I had a career as an Account Manager, partnering with companies to help them achieve their business aims. I enjoyed the thrill of business negotiations and creating strategies, but my deeper calling was to empower individuals to improve their overall quality of life. I became a financial coach because I recognise the importance of money in all areas of our lives, from relationships with others to our emotional wellbeing. Unfortunately, money concerns are the number one cause of stress and poor mental health for people across the UK.
