My background in psychology, hypnotherapy and mindset has shown me that, in addition to financial education and planning tools, effective financial coaching needs to take into consideration our behaviours, beliefs and emotions about money in order to guide people better with their money choices and achieve their goals. I love finding out what brings you joy and peace of mind so you can align your financial choices with your values and what's important to you, whether that be buying your first home, saving to travel the world, making sure your children are sorted for the future, planning for a comfortable retirement or whatever your big goals are. My aim is to help you get a grip on your finances and feel good about your money because when I was growing up, money was often a source of stress which meant that I avoided it as an adult. I trained as a Financial Coach because I didn't understand the importance of personal finance until I became a mum and I realised how much money I had been missing out on via savings, pensions and investments. My mission now is to help others avoid 'leaving money on the table' as I did because, just like in any relationship you have, if you don't pay attention to money, don't expect it to pay any attention to you! I offer a safe, confidential space for you to discuss what's important to you and your financial present and future. I can help you to: - make long-lasting changes to your habits with money. - have more financial awareness so you can make informed decisions. - plan for the future whilst enjoying the present. - bring your goals to life with a financial plan.
