I transitioned from personal to financial well being after having coached and mentored in the British Army for several years. With over 15 years experience delivering projects as an Accounts Manager, I strongly believe that the right support and knowledge is key to financial success. Understanding personal finances isn't taught at school, putting many at a disadvantage especially those entering employment for the first time. As a management accountant and property developer, communicating the skills required and helping clients understand their journey is vital; whether that may be: 1. Buying a house, saving and getting the right mortgage. 2. Planning for a families future; providing long term security and peace of mind. 3. Building an investment portfolio right for their needs now, and in the years to come. 4. Retirement planning. As a coach I provide a client with not only accountability but a one to one connection to a real person, able to bounce ideas off and adjust their needs when life changes. For me a healthy understanding and control of personal finances improves mental health. Growing a clients finances is about discovering goals and building a budget able to deliver. As a coach ensuring the client has a good knowledge of budgeting, saving and investments strategies allows them to feel secure and confident to make the right decision for them and their family.
