Maybe could have looked into the details a little more with pension advice with the figures and any suggestions on specific providers to look at. Open considerations with the S&P stock market too maybe

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for a financial coach?

My partner and I are planning on buying a property soon, but we also have some plans to travel in the next few years, AND we want to have children in the medium-term. All of these plans raised some interesting financial questions, so we sought some coaching.

Yes, we now have a plan that we are able to follow to meet our goals in the desired timeframe.

What could they have done better?

I used the Octopus Money dashboards with Kathryn (great tool). It would have been useful if the dashboard was open to me to freely edit a bit sooner. Although, this may just be down to me lacking an understanding of how the dashboards actually work!
