As I was not financially confident, Sam is excellent in explaining and recommending ways to invest.

Generally the outcome is positive. But during the past 5 years, there has been a number of unusual circumstances which have effected investments. ( ie Covid, Ukraine etc).
What could they have done better?
In my view, very little.

I had money invested in several plans and ISAs with th numerous companies and I wanted to consolidate the lot into one plan.
