I have been one of Vouched For's Top Rated IFAs since 2014 and offer an independent financial planning service which aims to make the complex simple and ensure that you understand all of your options and their merits; enabling us to agree your best course of action. Following an initial exploratory meeting conducted without charge or obligation (available between 8am-6pm) I prepare an Engagement Letter which captures what you are trying to achieve in the short and long term, the work I can undertake on your behalf, the fees involved, and methods of payment. A fixed fee is agreed upfront which is payable on completion. Most reports are charged in the region of £2,500 - £3,500 (excluding VAT) depending upon scope and complexity. We also offer optional services to implement recommendations and to provide ongoing advice and reviews to help keep you on track. As a Chartered Financial Planner, Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, I still regularly sit exams. I have a broad knowledge base and am committed to the highest professional and ethical standards but EBP also engages the services of a professional technical and compliance consultancy to support our research and advice. Our offices are in Wokingham and offer private meeting facilities and free car parking. I live in Caversham so also work extensively in the Reading area and am typically in Central London once a week for client meetings.
