The trigger for my seeking advice was when I was asked if I wanted to keep the company Final Salary Pension or to transfer to a SIPP. At that point I was out of my depth ad needed help.

Andy is one of the 'Back of office' family team members. If I was not able to hold the reins, Andy would be able to step in and navigate back to port. He is proactive both strategically and tactically and he will work at our pace.

Yes. I, we know that Andy is there, and his team. He is available and does respond to messages. He knows the structure of the family assets and financial objectives.

I can think of no cause to mark him down. It is a pleasure to have him on board.

I wanted to transfer my company pension and to ensure my other savings and investments were invested wisely

I cannot think of anything Andy could have done better. I am delighted with the support and service I get from Andy.

My previous advisor decided to move to not dealing with private clients.

Andy has been very helpful especially with how we can ensure we have sufficient income now I am retired and also making sure my investments are maximised.

Since having Andy advise us we have been able to maintain our level of investments whilst at the same time receiving income.

At the moment everything is fine as if I need Andy's advice I will contact him and get a quick response. I also receive regular distributions regarding market conditions and the impact of new legislation.

The FA I used to use became part of Bespoke, when he moved away from the business, Andy took over my pension portfolio
