What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We wanted to make sure that our money was invested with what felt like the correct balance of generating income and managing risk, and knew we didn't have the time, application or expertise to deal with this ourselves.

How has Jacqueline Brown helped you?

Jacqueline "inherited" us as we were already clients of what became Bespoke: this was part of the natural ebb and flow of staff. We had a proper and thorough handover with both her and her predecessor, so that she was thoroughly aware of our financial situation and longer term intentions. I like to think we have been relatively easy clients to take on as a result. She has helped with necessary changes around retirement and moving investment platform and been available for the odd query. If she's not been available, we have had either contact from someone else on the team or a holding reply so we know what's going on. She also speaks Normal as well as Finance, which is very helpful.

What could they have done better?

N/A. We had an issue at one point with the platform rather than Bespoke, but the Bespoke team went over and above to sort it out.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had had a financial adviser before Bespoke and with Bespoke for many years.Within the last 5 years my then adviser left Bespoke and Jaqueline was allocated to be my new adviser and I am happy that she was.

How has Jacqueline Brown helped you?

Some tidying up of my portfolio was required when Jaqueline took over and she was of great help in reorganising matters amongst which was to move my investments to a new (to me) financial services business and this has proved to be beneficial to me.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Like all investments there are gains and losses depending on general financial factors but I have been pleased with progress.

nothing is straitforward in Finance. We needed a little nudgr in the right direction.
